At Inito Inc. (“Inito” or “us,” “we,” or “our”), your privacy is important to us. This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (the “Health Privacy Policy”) provides you with information about how we may collect, use, share, or otherwise process your Consumer Health Data, as defined in Nevada and Washington Law, so that you may make knowledgeable choices about the information that you choose to provide to us or that we otherwise collect. This Health Privacy Policy serves as a supplement to our Privacy Policy.

This Health Privacy Policy applies to the Inito services made available via applications on mobile or handheld devices (the “Apps”), and our website and web application located at www.inito.com (the “Website” and “Web App,” respectively, and with the Apps, collectively, the “Service”). Types of Consumer Health Data Collected

The Consumer Health Data that Inito collects may include:

Health status or treatment information, such as health conditions or diagnoses; health treatments and services (such as surgeries, procedures, or other social, mental or physical interventions); medications; and bodily functions, symptoms, or health measurements.

Reproductive or sexual health information, including information about your menstrual cycles and sexual activity.
Inferences about health derived from other health or non-health data, such as health conditions that may impact your fertility.

Data You Provide: When you contact us or make an account on the Service.
Information Automatically Collected. We may collect Consumer Health Data using automated data collection technologies as described in the Cookies Online Advertisements and Tracking Technologies section in our Privacy Policy.

Use of Consumer Health Data

We may use the information we collect about you for the following purposes:

Providing you with the Service. Inito may use your Consumer Health Data to deliver the Service to you and otherwise provide you with the products and experience that you request from us.
Customer Service. We may use or disclose your Consumer Health Data where it is necessary for us to complete a transaction or do something that you have asked us to do. For example, if you purchase a paid Service offered by Inito, you may be asked for information needed to complete your request.
Development of the Inito Service. In our mission to better understand fertility cycles and help women make powerful and informed choices around their fertility, Inito may use anonymized fertility data to better understand human fertility and improve our Service. We may also share anonymous fertility information with third-party researchers.
Technical and Administrative Support. Inito may use your Consumer Health Data to notify you periodically about important changes to the Service, fixes or updates to the Service, to troubleshoot the Service, or to notify you of new products and services and related features.
Publications. We may aggregate or de-identify user information, and use that information to publicize our Service, including, for example, by describing trends or other information about our user population and how our Service is used by them.
Marketing. With your consent, we may use your Consumer Health Data to communicate with you to provide you with information we think may be of interest to you, including marketing and promotional messages. When and To Whom Inito May Share Consumer Health Data

We disclose the Consumer Health Data described above to third parties, including the categories of recipients described below:

Service Providers. Inito may share Consumer Health Data with other companies with whom it contracts (such as vendors and service providers) in order to provide you with the Service.
Advertising Partners. Where we have your consent to use your Consumer Health Data for marketing purposes, Inito may share your information with third parties for the purposes of serving you with personalized or targeted advertisements on third-party platforms and to measure advertisement engagement.
Business Changes. If Inito should ever file for bankruptcy, reorganize into or merge with another company, or if Inito should decide to buy, sell, or reorganize some part or all of its business, Inito may disclose your Consumer Health Data to prospective or actual purchasers in connection with one of these transactions.

Right to Withdraw Consent. If you provided consent for our processing of your Consumer Health Data, you may have the right to withdraw that consent.

Right to Change. You have the right to ask that we change the Consumer Health Data that we collect.

We may update this Health Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes to this Health Privacy Policy, we will change the date at the beginning of this Health Privacy Policy. All changes shall be effective from the date of publication unless otherwise provided in the notification.
